Bobbi Kristina Brown Boyfriend Nick Gordon Accused of Murder? [NEWS]

It appears that that the family of Bobbi Kristina Brown is accusing her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, of nothing short of purposfully trying to kill their beloved, Krissy. According to the latest gossip news updates, the lawyer asigned as Brown's conservator has recently alleged that Gordon intentionally gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic drug cocktail before placing her face down in an ice cold bath tub. For his part, Nick has hired Jose Baez, who infamously shepherded Casey Anthony to her 2011 acquittal, to help him fight the charges.

Although no criminal charges have been filed against Nick Gordon since Bobbi Kristina Brown was tragically found floating face down in her bathtub back in January, her family seems pretty well convinced that the man is a murderer.

In a recent amendment to the lawsuit filed against Gordon, Brown's court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, alleges that after an especially heated argument a regularly violent Nick did his best to finish Bobbi Kristina off once and for all (via CNN):

"[Gordon] gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.

"[Gordon] then came out of the master bedroom wearing a different set of clothing than he was wearing prior to his argument with Bobbi Kristina.

"Afterward, he got in bed, and laid his head on female guest's ankle and stated, 'Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.'"

While the allegations made in the civil suit could mean that criminals charges against Gordon are soon to come, his lawyers, Jose Baez and Joe Habachy, insist in a joint statement that Nick is, of course, innocent of each and every crime he's been accused of committing (via WashingtonPost):

"The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless.

"Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly.

"Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most."

One source in the latest August 17, issue of Star magazine insists that Bobby Brown was the one responsible for banning Nick from the funeral but only to bring even more attention to himself:

"Bobby made it clear that if he saw Nick there would be trouble.

"Bobby knows he could have been a better father...and this was his last chance to take care of his daughter, so he was determined to do a good job."

What do you think about the news that Nick Gordon might have been directly involved in Bobbi Kristina's final moments?

Should the law enforcement pick up where civil court leaves off in prosecuting Brown's boyfriend for first degree murder?

Or, should everyone wait until Nick has his day in court before they rush to judgment?
