Fans of Bravo’s RHOC might have some suspicions that Vicki Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Brooks Ayers could be faking his battle with cancer. Some cast members have not been shy to allege just that. Now, Heather Dubrow is speaking up about what she thinks about the issue.
Heather Dubrow recently opened to Perez Hilton’s Perez TV about her taking it easy this upcoming season (via Inquisitr):
“I’ve learned to let go. I’m definitely a control freak, but this year I’ve gotten much better with not needing to be in control of every situation. I got to a place where I realized, you can’t do everything perfectly –- you have to let go a little bit. I’m much more ‘me’ on the show this year because I feel much more relaxed.”
Dubrow also seems to be taking a much more relaxed position when it comes to the allegations that Vicki Gunvalson and her boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, faked his cancer battle:
“I have always been a big supporter of Vicki and Brooks. That is very true I love Vicki, she’s a good friend.”
However, Heather is not willing to rule out the possibility that they are faking it, adding:
“I don’t want to give away too much of what happens, because things definitely develop. There’s just so many inconsistencies and were some lies told and it is just really, really disturbing. And then what do you do, you say, you hope it’s not true but then you don’t want to hope someone is ill. I think in the whole thing will be tried in the court of public opinion.”
