Rumors are flying that claim Katie Holmes is dating her Mania Days co-star, Luke Kirby. Many tabloids are asking if he is already becoming a part of Suri Cruise’s life. Are these just more tabloid rumors or is there any shred of truth to these claims?
Turns out the story is probably bogus! Some pictures have been floating around the web that show the wouldbe-couple holding hands in Manhattan.
These photos are likely just stills from their upcoming film, Mania Days. Also, many of the articles about Katie and Luke offer absolutely no basis for their claims.
For example, OK! Magazine wrote on their website that the two may be dating because Luke is having trouble with his girlfriend, Andrea Sarubbi. The site quotes an interview that Sarubbi granted OK!, where she claimed that “things could be going better” in their relationship.
The tabloid also jumped on the fact that Luke has recently moved out of the home he and Andrea shared. An unnamed source is quoted as saying:
“Luke is now a single man, which means that he and Katie are free to explore the feelings they have for one another.”
In the latest edition of the publication, more claims are made concerning Katie’s presence on the set. Another source claims that:
“Katie was like a giggling schoolgirl on her first date. I’ve not seen her so happy in years. Katie is crazy about Luke. He’s put the spark back into her life. Luke’s laid back and funny--he’s not at all intense like Tom. He’s very attentive and has put the smile back on Katie’s face.”
