Is Prince Harry of Wales engaged to his girlfriend Cressida Bonas? There are rumors flying that the pair could be planning a wedding. This announcement follows the news that the SAS will be investigating the death of Harry’s mom, Princess Diana.
Rumors that Prince Harry would be proposing to Cressida appear to stem from a vacation the couple shared. Similar to a trip his brother went on with Kate (where Will made his big announcement), the couple appeared to grow much closer on the holiday.
According to an unnamed source who spoke to Fashion and Style, this may have been Harry’s big plan. Prior to their trip, the insider claimed that:
“They meet at friends’ houses and it’s a full-on romance. But Harry is aware that Cressida doesn’t enjoy being in the spotlight--it freaks her out a bit. He’s hoping the African trip with friends will enable them to relax and get to know each other better.”
E! News happens to agree that the couple will be getting married. Earlier this month, they published an interview where a source revealed:
"I would not be surprised if she's the one he marries. They are very affectionate with one another when they are with their friends. They kiss and cuddle and just seem head over heels for one another. They both have the same sense of fun and adventure. They're on the same wavelength. They are so compatible. Cressida is really smart, very naturally pretty and just a really cool girl to hang out with. It's hard for Harry to date as there are so many opportunities out there, but Cressida is someone he knows he can trust as she is already in his circle.”
These happy announcements follow the big news that the SAS is conducting an internal investigation. The inquiries come after claims were made that the SAS was responsible for the death of Harry’s mother, Princess Diana.
Beloved the world over, Diana’s untimely death has long been the subject of conspiracy theories--the latest of which being made by a former SAS employee.
