Rumors that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus may break up in 2013 are flying. Media outlets are claiming that their wedding is off and their engagement has been canceled. Accusations that the couple are going to split stem from Miley’s overly sexual VMA twerking performance.
Even before her most recent twerking incident at the Video Music Awards, Miley and Liam had begun growing distant. The couple have been photographed less and less in months past and numerous media reports indicated the pair were fighting.
Her VMA performance was just the icing on top of the dysfunctional cake. Even Robin Thicke, who is known for crossing the line, looked shocked by Cyrus provocative dance.
According to Radar Online, her latest actions may have solidified the end of their turbulent relationship. An insider told the gossip site that:
“Her racy new look and attitude isn’t exactly what he signed up for. Her VMA performance absolutely mortified him and he couldn’t be more embarrassed. He doesn’t really see anything sexy about what she did on stage.”
But...will his recent disappointment and embarrassment be enough to cancel their wedding plans? It turns out that there may not have ever been any real wedding plans even made. A source, who spoke with Newswire, claims:
“Miley hasn’t sent out a save the date or even tossed out a potential date. There haven’t been any reports of the woman trying on a wedding dress, or looking at color swatches. Favors aren’t even on the horizon yet, as by the sounds of it, she may not even be in favor of the idea of a wedding. Perhaps she’s waiting for her hair to grow out so she can rock a nice hairstyle for the big day. With Miley, no one will know what her plans actually are until they’ve actually happened.”
