There is no more hiding it. Earlier in the year, the truth was revealed that R5 members Ellington Ratliff and Rydel Lynch were dating. Now it is refreshing to see the happy couple out in the open. Ellington even recently took to Twitter to call his girlfriend “sexy,” while promoting the band's new album Sometime Last Night. Recently it was revealed in the R5 documentary film, R5: All Day, All Night, that Rydel Lynch and Ellington Ratliff are dating. Rydel opened up to about her clandestine relationship with Ellington, saying (via J-14):
"Pretty much I just remember always liking Ellington. Like from day one, he's just like the cutest thing in the world...I don't remember our exact first meeting. I know it was at the range. I don't remember ever actually saying like, 'Hi, I'm Rydel. Nice to meet you.' It was just one of those things... He was there, I was there. And then we would just like innocently flirt back and forth. He flirted with everybody. He has the most flirtatious personality ever. I was like, 'I'm just another one of those girls he flirts with.'"
Now the couple are free to be themselves in public as seen in one of Ellington’s recent Tweets:
“SometimeLastNight #lightningstrikes @rydelR5 IS SO SEXY.”
