It turns out that Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend might still have to deal with one for two Real Housewives of Orange County cast members calling his latest cancer diagnosis into question, but word has it that Brooks Ayers' professional integrity was restored this week in court. According to the latest gossip news updates, Vicki and Brooks' former business partner had his suit accusing Ayers of fraud, misrepresentation and omission dismissed altogether by the California court this week.
He may not be able to clear his name on the Real Housewives of Orange County just yet, but Brooks Ayers has was somewhat vindicated this week in court.
According to Radar Online, Robert Williamson III's lawsuit claiming that Ayers was guilty of everything from breach of contract, breach of convenient of good faith and fair dealing, misrepresentations, fraud, and omissions, unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy and promissory estoppel in regards to their Vicki's Vodka business dealing were deemed absolutely meritless:
"Evidence [shows] that [Brooks Ayers] in no way breached the contract through which this sale was made nor did anything else that would give rise to the claims Williamson alleges.
"None of this information has been contradicted by Williamson."
Tamra Barney Judge also recently won a drawn out court case against her ex-husband, Barney, for custody of their children, but explained in her Bravo blog that the trauma of that struggle still haunts her to this day:
"A year of court dates, attorney fees, sleepless nights, scared children, therapy appointments, false media stories, lies, embarrassment, but most of all the worst pain I had ever felt. These are memories that me and my children will never forget.
"This is pain that has changed each one of my kids in different ways. My two youngest kids are closer to me than ever.
"My oldest daughter has chosen to go live with her dad and every day without her is painful for me."
What do you think?
Do Vicki and Tamra's success in court prove that they are being misrepresented on the show, or does the court of public opinion overrule one or two naive judges?
