Jennifer Love Hewitt, America’s sweetheart, is pregnant for the first time in 2013. In her latest baby bump update, the star discusses why she left (and returned to) Twitter, Brian Hallisay and Lifetime’s The Client List.
It’s been a big year for Jennifer Love Hewitt. The 34-year-old actress made national headlines when she announced that she was pregnant.
As a result of all of the publicity, Hewitt took a hiatus from her Twitter account in July, telling her followers:
"Unfortunately with all the negativity people choose to send on twitter as well as threats to their own well being. I'm sad to say twitter is no longer for me. I have enjoyed all the kindness and love that came my way, as well as support. But this break is needed Life should be filled with positivity and holding each other up, not making threats and sending bad vibes. To those of you who made it a joy Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Her self-imposed ban didn’t last very long, though. The actress is already back on the social media networking site, where she recently tweeted:
“Proud to join @Pampers today to celebrate Love, Sleep & Play!"
That tweet was in response to an event she was attending in New York for Pampers, the maker of baby diapers.
That’s not all the star is talking about these days either. In an interview with US Weekly, Jennifer talked about what it was like to be pregnant and how she felt about being a new mom:
"I think most people, when they're getting ready to be a mom, they go, 'Oh my gosh, I have to have all of the answers right now. But every kid is different, every parent is different and every child and parent relationship is different, so you just sort of have to wait until you're in it and do the best that you can to try and be Zen in the middle of it all."
Jen seems to be keeping the Zen pretty well right now, trying to navigate both her pregnancy and her career. Hewitt stars in Lifetime’s original TV show The Client List.
The show features not only Hewitt but also Brian Hallisay, her real life baby daddy. While there are a number of possibilities as to how the pregnancy will be handled on the show, Hewitt wants Brian’s character to be the father.
