EXID is making a comeback. Didn't know they were gone? Well, you can still enjoy their comeback nonetheless. A representative from EXID's agency had this to say about the female group's comeback plans: "EXID had already set plans for an August comeback since the end of 'Ah Yeah' promotions." "Ah Yeah" was their first publicly released song since their ultra popular single, "Up & Down."
During the promotion cycle of "Ah Yeah," Exid won first place on multiple music shows and thus gave the girls a belief that fans wanted more. New material is being prepped, and a new single is expected to be out in August.
EXID is fully embracing the summer motif and recently posed for summer-themed pictures. The group showed off their sexy side and posed wearing new Mizuno swimwear attire. They were actually chosen to be the new faces for the company's foray into women's swimwear.
Nicknamed the "It" girl group, EXID are eager to maintain popularity and prove that they were not one hit wonders. Exid were first catapulted into stardom after a fancam captured member Hani dancing to the song "Up and Down." That went viral some three months after the promotion time for the tune had ended. Singer Solji was itching to prove herself and the band hasn't looked back since. EXID is signed with Yedang Entertainment. They are Solji, Hani, Hyelin and Junghwa.
So, look for the out for EXID. They will be hitting the road with the same drive and bounce that first got them recognition. These pretty ladies have the mass appeal and seem to be a sure thing.
