Lisa Vanderpump may be the titular character on Bravo's Vanderpump Rules, but when it comes to hiring or firing, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, Brandi Glanville, insists that she's not more powerful than anyone else on the TV show. According to the latest gossip news updates, Lisa's co-star recently called out the story that she fired Stassi Schroeder from the series because she didn't like her attitude as utter nonsense. Eddie Cibrian's hard drinking ex-wife also broke the news on her podcast that if Lisa could have fired anyone of the SUR servers from the show, it certianly wouldn't be Jax Taylor's ex-girlfriend -- it would be Kristen Doute, who Brandi claims that Lisa has loathed for years.
When it was first announced that after three season with the series that Stassi Schroder would not be returning to Vanderpump Rules, Lisa Vanderpump's SUR acolyte, Peter Madrigal, immediately started shouting that the fashionista had been unceremoniously let go for offending the aging restauranteur.
During a recent chat with Stassi for her Unfiltered podcast Brandi let her esteemed guest know that she knew better than to believe Madrigal's lies even for an instant (via Inquisitr):
"We all know it's not just one person who can fire you."
According to Brandi, if Lisa could have handed any one person their pink slip without prior approval it definitely wouldn't have wasted it on the sassy blonde fashionista that everyone has grown to love to hate -- it would be her dimwitted nemesis:
"It's a team of people who make that decision, or else Kristen [Doute] would have been gone a long time ago!
"I remember Lisa saying to me how much she haaaaated her, and I was like she's good TV!"
Perhaps it that kind of constant undermining by Brandi that has Lisa sheepish about returning to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 6.
The 54-year-old reality mogul told Entertainment Tonight that it was absolutely impossible for her to even say whether or not she would be returning one way or the other at this point:
"You know what, that's the million-dollar question isn't it?"
"I don't know. I mean, I've done five years and it's been an incredible time."
Lisa made it sound like she may not even have time to fit the Housewives tapings into her already ridiculously full schedule, even if the producers do wind up deciding that the want her:
"We'll see I'm busy doing Vanderpump Rules, and I'm running my businesses, and doing my charities.
"But it's always been an amazing experience."
Lisa can act just as coy as she likes, but she's no more likely to walk away from another lucrative Housewives contract than she is able to tell Kristen Doute that she's fired from her own self-named spin-off.
