Word has it that Bobby Flay's soon-to-be ex-wife, Stephanie March, isn't just out for the celebrity chef's Food Network net worth -- she's out for blood. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Law & Order: SVU actress is looking as much to destroy the reputation of Mad Men beauty January Jones in divorce court as she is the terms of her pre-existing prenup. If things go March's way, she may soon be banking half of her husband's reported $40 million fortune in addition to convincing the world that he's a cheater.
It's true that Stephanie March may not be able to turn back the hands of time to get the last ten years of her life back, but Bobby Flay's wife can try to force him to relive all his past transgression in open court as some sort of karmic punishment.
One source claiming to be close to situation explains in the latest June 15, issue of Star magazine that March is doing her best to show that his supposed mistresses are just as bad as Bobby is every chance she gets:
"January will never admit it, but Stephanie's divorce testimony tells it all.
"She goes into a lot of detail, including where and when Jan and Bobby hooked up."
Divorce court expert, attorney Kelly Chang Rickert, added that it seemed that Stephanie's decision to bring Jones into the proceedings was solely motivated by revenge given its chances for blowing up in her face in the near future:
"It's uncommon for celebrities to expose one another in these types of suits because it could lead to a defamation lawsuit.
"I think Stephanie is doing this mainly to damage January's reputation."
While that may be a sweet fringe benefit it seems far more likely judging by comments made by March's lawyer, Deborah Lans, to E! News that Stephanie is trying to use countless tales on infidelity to convince the Court that there is no way to ethically let their original prenuptial agreement stand:
"I'm confident a court will consider the agreement to be unconscionable."
According to Star's family informant Bobby's lost millions and Stephanie's broken heart likely mean very little to January, who supposedly dances her way through life atop the shattered dreams of others:
"January doesn't think of the family she could break up of the wife who will be shattered...She's very selfish in that way."
Seems like all that time with Dom Draper and the boys may have had disastrous effects.
