Kris and Bruce Jenner appear to be getting a divorce in 2013, if you believe the latest tabloid rumors. The two former lovebirds began fighting heavily leading up to Kris’ new show Kris. It seems like this isn’t just for the camera, so move over Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, other family members are thinking of calling it quits too.
Apparently, the couple is splitting up in more ways than one. While they have not officially filed for separation or divorce yet, they have decided to sleep in different houses.
According to OK! Magazine, Kris spends the majority of her time at their Calabasas estate, which is nearly 10,000 square feet. Bruce, on the other hand, has started renting a 4,500 square foot home in Malibu.
Their relationship began to deteriorate during the filming of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Bruce would explode over Kris’ actions, going as far as telling Kris, “What an idiot you are. I don’t even know how I can trust you.”
Whoa. Others claim that Bruce just needs a break from the media obsessed Kris, who will do anything to get herself or her family in the spotlight. Bruce is a much more private person than Kris and that has eventually stressed him out.
Still, Kris is willing to fight for her marriage. A source close to the couple told OK! Magazine that:
“She and Bruce see each other once a week, on the weekend. She tries to keep the relationship alive by doing a date night. Kris has been really sweet lately. She bought him thousands of dollars worth of gadgets and toys, set up with her assistants all the necessities for the house, bakes so that he has brownies, lemon bars and all sorts of things at the house. She said she will do anything to save their marriage.”
