Kevin Federline decided it was time to get married, Britney Spears style. He had a weekend wedding in Las Vegas with his longtime love and baby mama, Victoria Prince. Will K-Fed’s happy union last?
It’s official...Kevin Federline and Victoria Prince have officially tied the knot. This is pretty surprising, considering the two just got engaged 24 hours earlier.
Of course, they have been together for a long time, especially by (almost) Hollywood standards. The pair have been dating since 2008 and share a 2-year-old daughter named Jordan Kay.
Britney may have also gotten married in a quick Vegas ceremony, but that’s where similarities between her Prince end. Victoria was an ex-professional volleyball player. The 30-year-old bombshell spends her days now as a special ed teacher.
Federline, who is now 35, has been planning the surprise wedding for quite some time. In fact, the entire ceremony was kept secret from Prince.
He initially told her that they were going to Vegas because he had to work. That should have been her first clue that he was lying.
On the first night he proposed to the young lady and on the second they were wed. The wedding ceremony took place in the penthouse suite of the Hard Rock Hotel at around 8:00 p.m. Saturday night.
Not only was their daughter present, but so was both of their families. One source who attended the ceremony spoke to Us Weekly, where they declared:
"Kevin told her he was going to Vegas for a job, but he surprised her by proposing and [then plans on] marrying her while they are there. Victoria really wanted this for a long time so she's gotta be blown away. She's proven herself with him from day one. It's about time Kevin got over Britney and went on with life. Victoria is an awesome girl."
