Rumors are once again flying that Brad Pitt could secretly be bisexual. The latest gay rumors come courtesy of a laughable U.S. tabloid, known exclusively for getting things wrong more often than right. Back in reality, however, it has been announced that Brad Pitt will have a new starring role to add to his resume. According to reports, he will be starring in the upcoming sequel of World War Z.
Well, the tabloids are back at it.
This week it is Star who's doing the gay bashing, by calling Brad bisexual on the cover of their latest edition.
In addition to proclaiming that Brad is bi, the tabloid quotes an officially named source, who claims that Brad has hooked up with men before. Jezebel tells readers that the source wasn't shy about spilling Brad's secrets:
"Bi bi, Brad! A 'reliable source' named Hesham Ibrahim has told Star that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's relationship 'has long been built on the understanding that Brad is allowed to discreetly stray...with other men.' Ibrahim was happy to be blunt: 'I don't want to define Brad Pitt's sexuality, but whatever it is, he's into guys.'"
Back in reality, however, there is some actual news to report about Brad Pitt.
According to Variety, Brad Pitt will be starring in the upcoming sequel to 2013's War World Z, and, hopefully, this follow up will be as successful as the original:
"Paramount Pictures has set a June 9, 2017, release date for the sequel to World War Z...Variety reported a year ago that the studio had hired Steven Knight to write the sequel, which is co-financed by Skydance. J.A. Bayona (The Impossible) will direct the zombie tentpole with Brad Pitt returning in the starring role...Pitt will produce the tentpole alongside Jeremy Kleiner and Dede Gardner for Plan B. [WWZ] earned more than $540 million worldwide in 2013 and became the highest-grossing film of Pitt's career."
What do you think of the latest reports? Do you think Brad is really bisexual? Do you find the premise of Star's cover homophobic?
