MTV finally announced what Bieber O’Clock is. It’s going to be a 24-hour block of Justin Bieber, where the star will address his monkey trouble, ex-girlfriends, spitting on fans, drug and alcohol allegations and being shirtless. Can’t get enough of the Biebs? Well, MTV is about to make your year. Beginning 8:00 p.m. Saturday, the music video channel will be airing nonstop Bieber specials. Beliebers will be given 24 hours to absorb all the JB they can handle.
How could this possibly get better? Well, at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, they will be premiering the film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

So for the next 24 hours, you guys are going to get some exclusive interviews of me and my friends and my crew and maybe some people that don't even know me," Bieber said in a teaser clip. "We know there's a lot of stuff out there that people just don't know."
And fans better keep their eyes locked to the screen because Bieber is getting personal and addressing some of those rampant rumors.
"So for the next 24 hours, you guys are going to get some exclusive interviews of me and my friends and my crew and maybe some people that don't even know me. We know there's a lot of stuff out there that people just don't know. Do I have a monkey? Do I not have a monkey? Do I spit off balconies? Do I not spit off balconies?
