Spoiler Alert: Tonight, The Flash ends its first season run with a bang. Recently, Harrison Wells/Reverse Flash actor Tom Cavanagh opened up what Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) will face in tonight’s episode? Could we soon be seeing a Flashpoint storyline?
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new Season 1 finale episode of The Flash, titled “Fast Enough,” reads:
“Season 1 ends with Wells presenting Barry with a life-changing choice. Meanwhile, Dr. Martin Stein and Ronnie Raymond return to help the S.T.A.R. Labs team for the final fight.”
Recently, Harris Wells/Reverse Flash actor Tom Cavanagh spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the “life-changing choice” that Well’s offers The Flash:
“Barry has learned a little bit, over the course of the last five or six episodes, about how messing with time is dangerous. I don’t think anybody knows that better than Eobard, who has come from another time far, far away. Essentially, Eobard is much more knowledgeable about Barry. There are huge risks involved. We’re trying to ramp up the risk factor to an intolerable degree. I hope very much that we’ve succeeded, because while we were doing it, it was very gratifying.”
