Spoiler Alert: Tonight, ABC’s hit fairytale drama, Once Upon A Time is all new with an epic two-hour Season 4 finale. Now, that the Author is out of the book and fully equipped with the ink and the quill, it looks like Gold (Robert Carlyle) will finale get his happy ending?
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s Season 4 finale of Once Upon A Time, titled “Operation Mongoose,” reads:
“In the fourth-season finale, the Author aligns with Gold and no one can stop them as they turn the tables on both the heroes and the villains. Henry then realizes he has the daunting task of helping his family and restoring the balance of good and evil.”

Recently, Captian Hook actor, Colin O'Donoghue, opened up to Us Weekly about the shifting balance of good and evil in tonight’s episode:
"The lines between the heroes and the villains sort of get blurred a little bit and things kind of get flipped on the head; the heroes are villains and the villains become the heroes. It’s complicated, especially when it comes to Emma."
