Time for another update in the One Direction breakup fight. Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson continued their Twitter feud this week, as Harry Styles has somehow managed to stay out of the fight. Meanwhile, One Direction recently announced their first new tour dates, following the exit of Zayn Malik.
Despite claiming that things were all good following Zayn Malik's departure from the world's most popular boy band, it appears that the boys of One Direction are far from okay with Zayn's decision to leave the juggernaut.
Nowhere was this more evident than in a recent twitter beef between Malik and Louis Tomlinson. USA Today tells readers that things quickly got ugly between the two crooners:
"The Zayn/One Direction split just got uglier. What started as another Twitter spat between Louis Tomlinson and producer Naughty Boy escalated when Zayn stepped in to clap back at his former bandmate...In a now-deleted tweet, Louis accused Naughty Boy - who leaked that Zayn "solo track" last month -- of riding off the former 1D member's success. Zayn just picked sides -- and it's not with 1D."
It was Louis who threw the first punch, attacking producer Naughty Boy for "riding on the back of [Zayn Malik's] career." After further exchanges, Zayn chimed in, tweeting Louis directly, "Remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine?"
Wow.
Luckily, that's not the only reason that One Direction find themselves in the news.
USA Today tells readers where the remaining members of One Direction will be touring this year:
"Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego (July 9); Levi's Stadium, Santa Clara, Calif. (July 11); CenturyLink Field, Seattle (July 15); TCF Bank Stadium, Minneapolis (July 26); Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City (July 28); Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis (July 31); Heinz Field, Pittsburgh (Aug. 2); MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, N.J. (Aug. 5); M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore (Aug. 8); Ohio Stadium, Columbus (Aug. 18); Soldier Field, Chicago (Aug. 23); Miller Park, Milwaukee (Aug. 25); FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland (Aug. 27); Ford Field, Detroit (Aug. 29); Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia (Sept. 1); Ralph Wilson Stadium, Orchard Park, N.Y. (Sept. 3); Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Mass. (Sept. 12)."
