Spoiler Alert: Last week Chicago P.D. lost a cast member in the crossover event with Law & Order: SVU and Chicago Fire. Now, we get to see the effect Nadia’s (Stella Maeve) horrible death will have on Lindsey (Sophia Bush), in tonight’s all new episode.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Chicago P.D., titled “There's My Girl,” reads:
“The investigation into the bombing of a trendy café hinges on a minor, who witnessed it; and a major blunder lands Atwater in hot water. In other events, Voight helps Platt in her attempt to get a memorial stone for the team's fallen member.”
Chicago P.D. showrunner, Matt Olmstead recently opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about Nadia’s death and effect the will have on Lindsay:
"That sends Lindsay on a spiral. Voight tries to keep her from losing it, and that leads toward our cliff-hanger in P.D., which is Lindsay looking at her badge. Is she going to fling it and just go back to the party life where she came from and drink her sorrows away? Or is she going to stick it out and be a cop? That's the decision she has to make."
