While NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore certainly didn't seem to really need any outside catalyst during The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 7 reunion to go at it like a couple of prize fighters, Porsha Williams, who was technically busted down to part-time peach-holder just before the 2015 premiere, insists that Peter Thomas' presence certainly didn't help. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Dish Nation DJ is claiming the Cynthia Bailey's husband showed up to tape the TV show hostile and ready to pick a fight with half the cast. Porsha has also defended her decision to call out her ex-husband, Kordell Stewart, for supposedly cheating during time they were married together.
Porsha Williams may not be an official Atlanta Housewife any longer, but thankfully, that hasn't stopped her from dishing on all the behind-the-scene reunion gossip.
She recently explained to OK! Magazine that things were going along fairly smoothly until Cynthia Bailey's beau, Peter Thomas, was brought out presumably with the intention of causing as much trouble as possible (via WetPaint):
"There will be more messiness especially since one of the men is holding a peach.
"I feel like the energy of the show became really hostile when Peter entered, he basically used every curse word in the book.
"But hey, we live in a country where you have the freedom of speech."
Williams has also consequently defended her decision at the reunion to accuse her ex-husband, Kordell Stewart, of cheating on her during their marriage in order to deflect attention away from allegations that she had some sort of married sugar daddy helping her with the bills (via RealtiyTea):
"It just came up in the conversation and once Andy asked me I didn't want to lie.
"At the end of the day what is done is done and I wish my ex well."
Being careful not to give away any spoilers while talking to OK!, Porsha also confirmed Andy Cohen's teaser that there was a big surprise in the final reunion episode that was going to blow everyone's minds:
"Someone has a breakthrough that allows some of the women to come together in peace."
It might be easy for Porsha to blame every bad situation in her life on the first man she can think of, but if she's ever going to be in contention to be the queen bee Williams is going to have to learn to take some responsibility for herself.
