Lisa Kudrow Denies ‘Friends’ Reunion, Plugs ‘Web Therapy’ [UPDATE]

Lisa Kudrow, who once starred on the hit series Friends claims that there will be no show reunion. The actress did, however, have time to plug her new series--Web Therapy.

Kudrow spent some time chatting it up with CNN. The star was promoting her upcoming series, Web Therapy. Luckily, she took time out of the plug-fest to address rumors that Friends will be having a reunion movie.

The rumor of a reunion first surfaced online, earlier in the year. The ads, which popped up everywhere, showed the famed couch with text reading, "Friends. The One With The Reunion. Thanksgiving 2014."

The hoax manage to fool even Lisa, who starred in the series for ten years. She told CNN that:

"I went, 'Wait a minute, was I not invited? Oh, my God, maybe there is one, and I wasn't asked to do it.' I even had a moment where I believed it because everything around it looked real. It was a good setup."

Despite Friends fans’ frenzy for some additional closure, Kudrow puts the rumors to rest:

"The creators have put them to rest. NBC has. I don't know who else needs to say, 'It's really not happening.'”

But, in a Kickstarter era...is there hope for a Friends movie. After all, Zach Braff and Kristen Bell have successfully raised enough cash to give their audience the closure they deserve.

What do you think? Should the original cast honor the millions of loyal fans...or do the actors deserve the right to leave this part of their past behind? Let us know what you think.
