If you're like me, you like to start a series and watch it until you get tired of it, or you want to follow the arch from beginning to end. For fans of the popular anime Naruto, your wish has come true. The internet streaming service, Netflix, has made 156 episodes of the series available for streaming beginning May 1.

After being absent from the streaming service for the past couple of years, the wildly popular anime series, created by Masashi Kishimoto, ran for 5 years and notched 220 episodes all told, is back.

After the first series ended Naruto Shippuden began in 2007. As of this week, it has notched 407 episodes and is still going strong. Netflix, as previously mentioned, is showing 156 of the 220 episodes. The series is available in both English and Japanese with English subtitles available on the Japanese language version.

For those of you unfamiliar with the series, and are curious what it's about, here is the plot rundown from The Fandom Post.

Plot concept: Deep within the Hidden Leaf Village, young ninja Naruto Uzumaki carries sealed within him the spirit of the Nine-Tailed Fox, which once almost destroyed the village. Always an outcast because of his secret, now Naruto battles alongside his teammates Sasuke and Sakura to prove to himself and everyone else that he's the greatest ninja ever. But he's got a long list of challenges to face before he gets there!

It all makes for a weekend of pure pleasure. So, unplug the phone, lock the door, have the refreshments ready, the entertainment is ready and there is plenty of it.
