Chris Brown and Rihanna Are Outlaws: Brown Hit and Run Violated Probation [UPDATE]

Chris Brown and Rihanna are back in the headlines...this time for being outlaws. Brown violated his probation by his involvement in a hit and run case. Rihanna, on the other hand, released some pretty risque photos of herself.

Man, Chris Brown really loves hitting things. Whether it’s his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, or another motorist’s car...he always seems to get the job done, while receiving little to no consequences for his actions.

Thankfully, that streak seems to have ended for the abusive (and just plain crazy) Brown. A California judge has revoked Chris Brown's probation, which stemmed from his 2009 felony assault conviction.

The assault charges came as a result of Brown striking his sometimes-girlfriend, Rihanna. Rihanna would later drop charges against the singer and refuse to testify.

The newest charges, however, could yield some real consequences. The singer is free for now, while awaiting trial, but could be facing up to four years behind bars.

The decision was made after Brown allegedly failed to provide the proper information after a minor traffic accident back in May. An attorney for the other driver asked to have the charges dropped, but the DA felt Brown shouldn't receive any special treatment.

Brown took to Twitter to protest, after the hearing, tweeting:

"I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!"

Followed by:

"My cross is heavy but God gives me the strength to carry it. (@chrisbrown) "

Brown is hopeful that the ruling will be thrown out, however, this isn't Breezy's only possible violation. The Grammy winner has had several near misses, since receiving his five year probationary sentence...including his assault on singer Frank Ocean earlier this year. Where the incident with Ocean was dropped, Brown is still facing another violation hearing for not completing court-mandated community service.

Brown isn’t the only “outlaw” using social media to get his point across. Rihanna posted the photo above via Instagram, adding, “I'm an outlaw b---h!!"
