There was no winner for this weekend’s Good Friday Mega Millions lottery jackpot drawing. Check the report below to see how big the new game is before you play.
Tonight’s all new Mega Millions jackpot has reached a whopping $30 million with an estimated cash value option of $19 million.
The official Mega Millions lottery website is reporting on the recent winner of five million dollars:
“The Mega Millions Megaplier option is on a roll lately, with several recent Match 5 winning tickets including the extra $1 purchase to multiply their prizes by up to 5 times. In Friday night’s draw, one ticket sold in Michigan matched the first five numbers, 10, 36, 47, 63 and 74, and since that ticket’s owner added the Megaplier for an extra $1, the payoff is a whopping $5 million.
“It’s the fourth time in just the last three months that a Match 5 winner was rewarded with a $5 million prize when the 5x Megaplier was drawn. Prior to the April 3 drawing, $5 million prizes have also been won this year in Arizona, Florida and Oklahoma. And just last week, a $2 million Match 5 prize was won in Florida.
“The Megaplier option is available in most states, and increases all non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4 or 5 times; it costs an additional $1 per play.
“Since no ticket in last night’s draw matched all six numbers including the Mega Ball, the jackpot rolls to $30 million for next Tuesday, April 7.”
