The long awaited Zombieland 2 might be stuck in development limbo but Jesse Eisenberg has plenty to keep him occupied. Eisenberg is taking on the role of one of the greatest villains in comic book history, Lex Luthor. Eisenberg will make his first appearance as Lex in the upcoming 2016 film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, alongside Batman Ben Affleck, Superman Henry Cavill and Wonder Woman Gal Gadot. Eisenberg is also rumored to return to the role for DC Comics’ Suicide Squad and the upcoming multi-part Justice League films.
Lex Luthor has never been one to wear a helmet on his battle suit, but we never really knew just how vulnerable his head really was.
Jesse Eisenberg recently appeared on NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, where he opened up about about how shaving his head bald made him feel really unsafe, stating (via IGN):
"It's really strange. It's the kind of thing where you feel like 'I can really damage myself.' You want to wear a helmet.... It's terrifying,"
