Bruce Jenner Sex Change Lawsuit: Trans Show Being Sued After Car Wreck?

As if things weren't going bad enough for Bruce Jenner, the former Olympian was recently hit with a new, laughable lawsuit filed in protest of his ongoing sex change and the E! show that will reportedly cover his transition. This latest report comes after Bruce's involvement in a lawsuit that left one woman dead and several inured.

It may be 2015, but there are still parts of the country that take issue with gays, lesbians and transgendered persons.

Tennessee, obviously, qualifies as one of those places.

That's especially true for Richard Albright, who has (seriously) filed a lawsuit against Bruce and E!. According to In Touch, Mr. Albright believes that Bruce Jenner's transition is going to destroy families everywhere:

"A new report states Tennessee native Richard Albright filed a lawsuit on Feb. 27 in U.S. District Court against the 65-year-old and E! for misrepresentation...'It's this court's duty to stop Jenner and E! Networks before they help create a trend that destroys families all over this great country,' he wrote in legal documents."

This frivolous lawsuit isn't the only reason that Bruce Jenner finds himself in the news this week.

New photos of Bruce were recently published, and many media outlets are suggesting that the reality star may have recently got even more plastic surgery.

According to TMZ, there is a chance that Jenner received breast enhancement surgery:

"Bruce Jenner took a nature hike Sunday in Malibu...and there's something about his choice of clothing that seems to validate stories that he's gone under the knife for breast enhancement...It was downright hot this weekend in Malibu and everywhere else in SoCal. Bruce was wearing shorts, but he bundled up almost completely from the waist up with a heavy sweatshirt, a hoodie and extremely big sunglasses. And he's sporting red nails."
