Jay Z Divorce FALSE: Beyonce Releases New 2015 Love Song as Court Trial Nears

Good news, Bey Z fans. Turns out that Jay Z and Beyonce aren't headed towards divorce anytime soon. In fact, Beyonce recently released a new 2015 love song for Jay Z. Hova likely needs all the cheering up he can get, because he has a court trial date approaching.

Despite months of rumors that Beyonce was going to divorce her rap superstar husband, Bey instead recorded a love song for the mogul.

The single, which is sure to be smash hit, was actually released on Jay Z's latest investment, Tidal. And that's not the only thing special about the single.

New York Post tells readers the date of the release was significant for the couple:

"Time to give the divorce speculation another rest, because Beyoncé's new song is definitely not about irreparable differences...'Die With You' was released quietly on to her husband Jay Z's new streaming site Tidal on Saturday afternoon to mark the occasion of their seventh wedding anniversary."

That's likely great news for Jay Z, who has become the target of a number of lawsuits.

Not only is Jay Z facing a paternity lawsuit, but the world-famous superstar is also facing a copyright lawsuit for his sampling of the song "Khosora Khosora," which was featured in mega hit "Big Pimpin."

The lawsuit was filed back in 2007, and now Guardian reports that an official court date has been set:

"After a judge's ruling in a California court last week, the nearly eight-year legal battle is finally heading to trial, set for October. Regardless of the outcome, the case speaks to a set of overlapping debates about intellectual property, sampling in pop music and western artists' use of Middle Eastern melodies."

What do you think about the latest reports? Is Jay Z in the wrong for sampling the Eqyptian song? Do you think Beyonce and Jay Z are still in love?
