Kelly Rowland Talks Destiny’s Child Reunion and Baby Weight Loss Secrets

Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland shocked fans and critics alike when she recently revealed she dropped every bit of the 70-pound in baby weight she gained in a matter of just 4-months. According to the latest gossip news updates, the former X Factor judge has no problem telling the world all about her weight loss secret, but the Destiny's Child reunion not so much. Rowland didn't mind talking all about the events the led to her recent get together with Beyoncé and Michelle for William's big night at the Stellar Awards but seemed to forget the question when asked about any plans to reunite in the future.

Despite giving birth back in December, Kelly Rowland has announced that she already dropped all the extra baby weight thanks to a strict regimen of diet and exercise with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins.

During a recent interview with ABC News, Kelly explained that all it took was lot of time spent either in spin class or with her personal fitness guru:

"Jeanette Jenkins is the secret, SoulCycle is the secret.

"When I go in there and it's the wee hours of the morning, she is a great secret -- so motivational.

"Jeanette comes in with so much energy and this huge smile on her face, and you can't help but to get excited about working out."

For the people out there that can't quite make it to SoulCycle or afford to hire Ms. Jenkins, Rowlans suggests that the just focus on remembering that dieting doesn't mean constantly starving yourself:

"The 80/20 rule is all the way real, 80 percent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you're eating clean, and 20 percent of the time, have guacamole, a ton of it like I do, and a margarita and maybe queso too."

Kelly is a whole lot less forthcoming with wit the details for the next scheduled Destiny's Child reunion.

While speaking with the Global Grind, Rowland seemed to practically ignore their question entirely when asked about and future tour dates with Beyoncé and Michelle:

"I'm just happy that the reaction has been so great to the Stellar [Awards] performance.

"That night was all about Michelle and "Say Yes."

"She actually got the Best Video Award for that song, so we were really there to support Michelle."

Oh, sure...but ask her about her lap times and you can hardly shut her up?
