Amanda Bynes has made news again with her Twitter account. The star announced that she will be receiving more plastic surgery and used the social media platform to call Michelle and Barack Obama ugly. Is the star back on drugs?
Bynes, who is one of the most searched names on the internet, is long known for her controversial (and erratic) tweets. This isn’t the first time she’s tweeted that someone was ugly (ie: Drake, Rihanna, etc), but it is the most high profile attack of its kind. Bynes recently posted that, "Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are ugly!"

This comes after the (fading) star asked for Obama’s help, involving her troubles with the law. She tweeted Obama directly, "I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
This marks the second time Bynes has asked for help from a famous person, only to later bash them. The first was when Amanda asked Drake for...um...sexual favors. She then went on to, yep, you guessed it, call him ugly.
Bynes even commented on her own physical imperfections, claiming that she needs more plastic surgery:
"I need to have surgery to look beautiful for the man I'm in love with so I feel comfortable with the way I look when we get married.”
Amanda also claimed that she wants to weigh only 100 lbs and that she is only 14 lbs away from a goal. Many are concerned that her target weight is dangerously unhealthy.
