‘Vanderpump Rules’ Cast Recap: Kristen Blames Boyfriend for Violence; Jax Taylor Claims Reunion Drove Him to Drink [GOSSIP UPDATE]

Keeping with Bravo's new reality TV show theme of unnecessary and unrestrained violence, Vanderpump Rules cast member, Kristen Doute seems to be blaming boyfriend, Jamie Kennedy, for her punching him twice in the face in the parking lot at Scheana Marie's wedding. According to the latest gossip news updates, the fired SUR server blames the British DJ for getting in her face when she was upset. Stassi Schroder's ex, Jax Taylor, is also calling foul. The serial womanizer claims that his treatment at the 2015 Season 3 reunion was out of order and "below the belt".

Like most socially responsible adults, Kristen Doute is, of course, apologizing for her violent behavior at Scheana Marie's wedding reception, but the Vanderpump Rules hot mess is still insisting that the whole thing would have never have happened had her boyfriend not been asking for it.

In a recent interview with HollywoodLife.com, Doute explained that she felt bad about what she'd done but not so much so that she was willing to take complete responsibility for her actions that evening:

"I'm not proud of what happened.

"James was clearly intoxicated and I was really just trying to get away from it rather than even deal with it.

"He wasn't allowing me to walk away from it because he's a 'now, now, now' kind of person.

"There was pushing and James wouldn't let me walk away...[He was] a little too aggressive for me and that's what made me snap."

While it is perfectly clear to everyone that beating your boyfriend up is unquestionably the best response to his insisting you talk about your relationship, Jax Taylor feels that his treatment at this year's reunion, however, was completely unacceptable.

The bartender with a heart of felt knew that he was going to be taken to task -- just like he was the first two season -- but was still unprepared for the verbal beating that his cast mates not-so-secretly had in store for him (via Inquisitr):

"Just some of the stuff that was brought up that was below the belt. Like below the belt.

"It was brutal. As soon as I was done, I literally was like, I have to go to a bar.

"It was bad. It's just really sad how some people really changed from the show.

"There are a couple of people who have really changed."

And by "changed" he means "no longer willing to sleep" with him?
