Ashlee Simpson’s new album may be temporarily on hold, while the singer has a little fun. She has been photographed recently with Evan Ross, leading many to speculate that the pair is dating, since her split from Pete Wentz.
Ashlee Simpson, the 28-year-old singer, may be romantically linked to Diana Ross’ son, Evan. Mr. Ross is a 24-year-old actor whose father is legendary businessman and mountaineer, Arne Næss, Jr, whose untimely passing came as a result of a South African climbing exhibition in 2004.
Evan’s last girlfriend was Cora Skinner, the 28-year-old model and actress. His attentions appear to have shifted to Ms. Simpson, who is a single mother.
Jessica has one child, a 4-year-old boy, with Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz. Mr. Wentz wasn’t her latest fling though. That honor belongs to Vincent Piazza, but the two split for good last November.
Multiple news outlets are reporting that the two make quite a couple. They have been photographed together numerous times. People issued the following statement about the pair:
“The pair were spotted holding hands as they left the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles on Monday, where an onlooker says Simpson showed off some sexy moves for Ross to Whitney Houston's ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody.’”
The Huffington Post also speculated as to their potential coupling, citing another L.A. PDA:
“Ashlee Simpson was pictured leaving Teddy's nightclub in Hollywood at 1:30 a.m. on July 2 with Diana Ross' son, Evan Ross. In pictures taken by X17online.com, Simpson can be seen cozying up to the 24-year-old actor, who escorted her to their chauffeured car following an obviously fun night out.”
