Hard as it may be at first to believe, Wendy Williams is actually defending the seemingly racist comments Guilana Rancic made about Zendaya's hair on the former Joan Rivers helmed TV show, Fashion Police. According to the latest gossip news updates, Wendy knows that the E! red carpet interviewer meant no real harm by her remarks. Despite having never seen the 2015 cast's moves, Wendy also claims that she already knows for certain that Three's Company icon Suzanne Somers will win the competition in Season 20.
While Wendy Williams is more in the habit of ridiculing celebrities' bikini pics on Instagram than posting them herself, this week has proved the exception to the rule.
In addition to adding a picture of her zen like beach vacation pose, Williams also put a picture of her barely there hot pink bikini to the social media website as well:
"Made you look!! #NAS #loveyouforwatching #newshowsmarch9th #HSNlaunchmarch6th #DOIN!!"
Perhaps all that fun in the sun has is what prompted Wendy to give Giuliana Rancic a pass in her latest March 16, contribution to Life & Style Magazine.
While most pundits have been more than happy at calling out Rancic's remarks that Zendaya's hair style probably meant she smelled like a patchouli soaked hippie as racially motivated, Wendy stuck up for her friend but didn't put down Zendaya for playing the race card if she felt it appropriate:
"I can't take sides...When Giuliana said she thinks Zendaya's dreadlocks probably smell like weed, that seemed a little insensitive, but there's no doubt in my mind that G meant no harm.
"However, you can't blame Zendaya for having her feelings hurt.
"I'm sure Giuliana's learned her lesson."
Wendy almost seems as equally sure that she can predict this season's winner of Dancing with the Stars, despite the fact that the 2015 premiere is still weeks away:
"Suzanne Somers will absolutely win Dancing with the Stars!
"She's paired with my old partner, Tony Dovolani, who I know is hungry for another win.
"And if she doesn't win, I hope Michael Sam does!"
But before you dismiss Wendy's predictions as nonsensical drivel...it might be important to note that she called Alfono Ribeiro's win last year, without even bothering to name an alternate.
