Paula Patton and Robin Thicke Divorce News: Wife Dating Orlando Bloom after ‘Blurred Line’ Court Performance? [GOSSIP UPDATE]

It looks like both Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are moving on with their lives following their seemingly amicable divorce split. According to the latest gossip news updates, folks are starting to wonder if Thicke's wife may be dating Miranda Kerr's ex, Orlando Bloom after seeing the two acting fairly cozy at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty. Chances are that Robin's been too busy with his Marvin Gaye copyright trail to even notice the rumors. Just this week the Canadian crooner found himself singing a pop song melody in court to show how almost every song sort of sounds like his big hit, "Blurred Lines".

It seems like Robin Thicke has been dating his new barely legal girlfriend for months now, but this marks the first time since the start of their divorce that Paula Patton is said to be possibly be seeing someone new.

An eyewitness to the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty claims in the March 9, issue of Star Magazine that it certainly looked like Paula and Orlando Bloom were making a love connection right in front of all their Hollywood peers:

"Orlando couldn't keep his eyes of Paula, and she definitely loved the attention.

"They flirted insanely...He kept telling her how beautiful she looked and she was obviously eating it up."

The spy insists that things went on like that for an hour or so until Zoe Saldana showed up and took Paula off to the dance floor, while Orlando lustfully looked on -- visibly seething with desire:

"Orlando just stared at her intensely as they walked away."

Meanwhile, in lieu of exchanging romantic glances, Robin Thicke has been in court trying to convince folks that of course a couple of his songs sound like Marvin Gaye could have wrote them, because really don't all songs sound the same.

According to People, Thicke did his best to blend together everyone from Bono to The Beatles to drive home the point that pop hooks really aren't snowflakes:

"Thicke performed a series of them on his keyboard at the stand, including U2's "With Or Without You," The Beatles' "Let It Be," Alphaville's "Forever Young," Bob Marley's "No Woman No Cry" and Michael Jackson's "Man In the Mirror."

"He even danced a little in his seat."

Well...it's good to know that having the reputation for a thief as well as a philanderer isn't bringing Robin Thicke down any.
