The Grayson’s are coming to Gotham. Dick Grayson is well known to comics fans as Robin/Nightwing/Batman. Now the Boy Wonder’s parents are making their way to Gotham. Tonight’s episode of the series takes place at a circus, which is where the young acrobat got his start. Meanwhile, The Vampire Diaries star Steven R. McQueen has left his hit TV show and is testing his possible Nightwing casting on the upcoming TNT Teen Titans series.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Gotham, titled “The Blind Fortune Teller,” reads:
“Gordon takes Dr. Leslie Thompkins to the circus, but the outing turns dangerous when the circus comes under attack. Meanwhile, Falcone gets Butch Gilzean to help Penguin with the nightclub; and Bruce Wayne schedules a meeting with the Wayne Enterprises board.”

It has been confirmed that the series will feature Dick Grayson’s, a.k.a. Robin, parents. Recently, Gotham showrunner, Bruno Heller spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the Grayson’s making their way to Gotham:
“We’re going to do a prenatal origin story for Robin down the line. There are no MRIs involved. There’s an episode coming up where we learn how Robin’s parents got together.”
TNT is currently working a Teen Titans TV show, featuring Dick Grayson/Nightwing as one of the leads.
The Vampire Diaries star Steven R. McQueen has been dropping hints across social media that he wants to play Nightwing in some form. Recently, McQueen left The Vampire Diaries. Now that a Teen Titans show is in the works, could McQueen get his chance? Check out some of McQueen’s tweets:
