Sol3 Mio Offer Satisfaction-Guaranteed Refund for Upcoming UK Tour

Hit New Zealand opera trio Sol3 Mio have given the people what they want: a satisfaction-guaranteed refund. The group has offered all people who purchase a ticket for their upcoming U.K. tour total satisfaction or they will be able to get their ticket refunded.

“We guarantee that you will enjoy the show so much so that we will even give your money back if you do not break a laugh, tear or emotion,” the trio said in a press release. “If you are willing to buy a ticket, we are willing to put our hearts on our sleeves, put focus in our eyes, and put money where our mouths are.”

This probably will not be a difficult feat for the group, who are internationally acclaimed and critically respected. Sol3 Mio, made up of tenor brothers Pene and Amitai Pati and their baritone cousin Moses Mackay, are known for their humorous and accessable performance style. Not to mention their amazing singing, with Pene recently winning the prestigious Montserrat Caballé International Singing Competition.

Their self-titled debut album featuring opera classics and modern favorites, was No. 1 for 16 non-consecutive weeks in 2014 and has been certified seven times platinum, making them the best-selling album of 2013 in New Zealand, selling more copies than Lorde. It has landed at No. 6 in Australia and cracked the top 50 in the U.K.

Sol3 Mio’s upcoming U.K. tour begins in March and tickets can be purchased here, but despite the group's promise, there are no options for a refund on the ticket distributor site at this time.
