‘Divergent’ Shailene Woodley and Theo James Dating Rumors Resurface after New Movie Haircut Explained?

The Divergent series has just released its second official trailer for the new Insurgent sequel 2-days before it's network debut at the Super Bowl, and once again the internet is ablaze with reports of how utterly badass it is. This time around everyone is talking about the Matirx like special effects and tag line instead of how Theo James must be dating his co-star -- probably because they skipped the sex scene in the new teaser. According to the latest gossip news updates, Shai's Fault In Our Stars pixie haircut is even explained in the film, when Tris cuts her hair in response to the tragic death of her mother, played by Ashley Judd.

The new Insurgent trailer has just been released with Shailene Woodley flying through the air in some sort of gravity defying mind blowing special effects sequences.

Even though the CGI budget has clearly been increased significantly since they originally filmed Divergent, Forbes reports that the new film really cost about the exact same amount as it predecessor:

"The first film did an okay $288 million worldwide, rock-solid on an $85m budget and with much room to expand save for the fact that only the faithful cared all that much for the film.

"Lions Gate Entertainment is taking no chances this time out with a 3D conversion here and abroad, which should help overcome some of the buyer's remorse among general audiences.

"Of course, as long as the budget stays over/under $100m for each installment, an over/under $300m result for the next three films won't exactly be a tragedy."

Regardless of how in or over budget the film may or may not have been the director still had to explain Tris' new hairdo left over from Woodley's Fault In Our Star shoot.

According to super-sleuths at E! News, they have seen a sneak peak of Shailene giving herself a trim in the movie, which actually corresponds quite perfectly to her character's story in the original novel:

"In the book, Tris cuts her hair into a shoulder-length style, stating, 'How can I look the same, when she's gone and everything is different?'"

Now if Shailene can just somehow convince Veronica Roth that they need to keep her character alive as well.
