Taylor Swift and New Boyfriend Matt Healy Split after 1989 Singer Trademark Lyrics? [DATING NEWS]

Taylor Swift's career seems truly unstoppable thanks to the infectious catchiness of her newest album, '1989', which has apparently led the 25-year-old pop star to trademark certain phases from the record. According to the latest gossip news updates, Swift's personal life isn't going quite as smoothly. Word went round late last year that Swift was supposedly hoping to put the moves on 1975's frontman, Matt Healy. Unfortunately, it's now being reported that Healy had no interest in being with the over-zealous Instagram model, and they are said to have split up before they even really started dating.

It was no secret that Taylor Swift was at one of many in a long line of 1975's shows when she was infamously caught getting a little too close to bestie Karlie Kloss, but it was the bi-curious rumors that supposedly convinced Matt Healy that Taye Taye was just more trouble than she was worth.

A source claiming to have the behind-the-scenes dating details insists in the February 9, issue of In Touch Weekly that Swift was so clingy when they first met that Healy couldn't help but call the whole thing off:

"Taylor came off very aggressively.

"She would not stop texting him and would get really upset if he wouldn't right her back right away.

"Taylor was talking to matt like she was already her boyfriend...He's been telling all his friends she is psycho.

"He doesn't want to deal with her craziness."

"She's always wearing, like, a 1950's bathing suit."

Taylor may be having some troubles holding a man down these days, but the hit maker isn't going to let any of her brand new catch phrases from her '1989' album get away from her.

According to Rolling Stone, Swift has already started the process to make sure that all sorts of ubiquitous sayings that happen to show up in the lyrics of '1989' will be hers to own forever:

"If you want to 'Party Like It's 1989' to 'This Sick Beat,' you better ask Taylor Swift's permission first.

"The pop star has trademarked those phrases - along with ''Cause We Never Go Out of Style,' 'Could Show You Incredible Things' and 'Nice to Meet You, Where You Been?' -- with the U.S. government."

What...was Taylor not able to squeeze "How Are You Doing" or "Have a Nice Day" onto the liner notes?
