The Disney Channel has recently released a new trailer for the upcoming Disney villain legacy film, Descendants, starring Dove Cameron (Cloud 9, Liv and Maddie). The trailer was released as part of a three-film promotional, including footage from Ross Lynch’s (R5) Teen Beach Movie 2 and Laura Marano’s (Austin and Ally) Bad Hair Day. Broadway legend and TV star Kristin Chenoweth (West Wing, Glee) is joining her Wicked sister Idina Menzel (Frozen, Rent) as a Disney Queen. Chenoweth is tackling the role of Maleficent, which has recently been played by Angelina Jolie in the Maleficent film and is currently being played by Kristin Bauer van Straten (True Blood) on ABC’s Once Upon A Time.
