For Season 5 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast misfit Brandi Glanville as soon as one impending legal battle is handled another often arises. According to all the latest gossip news updates, no sooner had Donald Trump's drunk Celebrity Apprentice publicly recapped how she was able to cajole ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, into settling their child custody payment battle out of court, than the reality TV star was reportedly hit by a defamation lawsuit from non-other than Real Housewives of Miami nemesis Joanna Krupa. Word has it that the supermodel is livid over Brandi's repeated implication that her lady business has a cantankerous stench.
After more than five years of fighting over who was going to pay what to whom regarding their child support payments, formerly married Brandi Glanville and Eddie Cibrian have supposedly worked out an agreement they can both live with -- without going to court.
The buxom blonde social media devotee claimed in the latest January 25, issue of OK! Magazine that she was able to make Eddie and his super-rich wife, LeAnn Rimes, an offer they couldn't refuse:
"We settled the case with out our lawyers...I just wanted it done.
"In the end I settled for $20,000, because I just said, ' Listen, I'm not fighting anymore.'
"I was sick of paying my lawyer $700 an hour when I don't know what he says half the time!
"So I told Eddie, 'Take this, otherwise I'm going to court.' He knew he wouldn't win, so he signed."
Unfortunately for Glanville, it looks like this latest legal victory is going to be short lived as her Real Housewives of Miami archrival, Joanna Krupa, is reportedly taking the Beverly Hills reality star to court for her uncouth comments on Watch What Happens Live!
According to the document reportedly obtained by Life & Style, the svelte supermodel has had more than her fill of Brandi roaming the country far and wide talking smack about her lady business:
"Attorneys for The Real Housewives of Miami star Joanna Krupa inform Beverly Hills Housewife Brandi Glanville that she will be sued in a Florida court for 'slander, libel, defamation and/or intentional infliction of emotional distress.'"
Failing to elaborate on the actual state of her feminine hygiene, Krupa instead focused on the fact that Brandi wouldn't really know about it one way of the other:
"She doesn't even know me!"
Well...someone doesn't really need to know you to have a nose, now do they?
