Despite the fact that both Shailene Woodley and Theo James have been linked to different celebs, the fans of Divergent seem dead set on believing that the Insurgent sex-symbols are dating on and off the set. The Fault In Our Stars Instagram model and the Underworld action star recently won Best Movie Duo at the People Choice Awards -- fueling even more speculation that Shai is Theo's secret girlfriend. Unfortunately for some of their fans, however, James has been with English actress Ruth Kearney for years, while Woodley's new boyfriend is said to be Hawaiian folk singer, Nahko Bear.
When you have onscreen chemistry as hot as Shailene Woodley and Theo James sexual tension in Divergent, it becomes virtually impossible to convince the tweens of the world that they aren't sleeping together when the cameras aren't rolling as well.
While Shailene and Theo were recently honored with the People's Choice Award for Best Movie Duo, Insurgent movie producer Lucy Fisher explained to Yahoo! that the sequel was going to be more about kicking butt than making love -- despite the trailer's steamy sex scene:
"Right away we were going to start the movie with action, with Tris being chased from faction to faction and never let up."
The way Shailene's Fault in Our Stars boyfriend, Ansel Elgort, explained it, the first movie focused on explaining people's relationships, so the sequel wouldn't have to bother with it:
"We already have all the characters introduced...now, we can just tell a great story."
Having already won the People's Choice Award, Shailene Woodley seems virtually a shoo-in to take home the Bafta's Rising Star Award, which like the People Choice Awards is also determined by fans participation.
All you have to do is go to Bafta's official website to vote for Shailene to take home the coveted British accolade instead of her competitors, Jack O'Conner or Miles Teller.
Good thing for Nahko Bear and Ruth Kearney that the fans can't just vote to make Shailene and Theo starting dating each other.
