For gossip loving talk show host Wendy Williams, it's apparently no big deal to tell someone that she's never met that they should cut their father out of their lives. According to the latest gossip news updates, the talk show host want Beyoncé to know that she thinks it's time to "ditch" her dad, Mathew Knowles. After it recently came to light through the recent Sony hacks that the old man had tried to sell the story of Destiny's Child to the movie studio behind her back, the wig wearing loud mouth claimed she would have turned her back on him for good. Wendy also hasn't been afraid to weigh in on America's former favorite TV dad, Bill Cosby. When Williams had Keshia Knight Pulliam, who played little Rudy Huxtable on the Cosby Show for years, on her show she didn't just want to talk about her recent time on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice. Wendy asked the former child actress as much about her feelings on the ongoing rape scandal as she did about the reason's Donald decided to Rudy needed to be fired.
Even though Wendy Williams has no problem talking about how she decided to stay by her husband after she caught him cheating, the quirky TV personality insists that Beyoncé Knowles should be done with her father forever.
In her January 18, contribution to Life & Style Magazine, Wendy explained that Mathew Knowles didn't deserve to have a daughter like Beyoncé anymore:
"Not only was Mathew Knowles caught selling her old memorabilla on the side of the street, he's been trying to cash in on secrets he knows about his daughter before her life as Mrs. Carter began.
"Even worse, he attempted to do this all behind Bey's back -- when Sony's emails were leaked in a recent hack, it was revealed that Mathew had pitched a juicy Destiny's Child biopic to the company.
"If I were Queen Bey, I'd ditch him for good."
Speaking of embarrassing dads -- Wendy Williams recently had Cosby Show alum, Keshia Knight Pulliam, on her program to talk about the role Bill Cosby played in her getting fired from Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice.
After informing Keshia that she was convinced that her refusal to exploit her relationship with Cosby most likely resulted in her elimination from the show, she asked Pulliam point blankly about her thoughts on Bill possibly being a serial rapist (via USA Today):
"Honestly that is not the man I know. The man I know has done a tremendous amount for colleges [and] for endowments so, so many people could go to school.
"At the end of the day, they are allegation. I wasn't there...I don't have that story to tell of him.
"Right now it is kind of in the heat of what's happening...but I feel that once the dust settles that people [will] recognize how much he's given to our society with all of his work."
What do you think about Knight assertion that Bill Cosby's charitable acts somehow balance out if not over shadow the fact the he might be guilty of sexually assaulting dozens of women of the last 30-years?
