When Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Tamra Barney Judge won her last custody court battle against her ex-husband Simon, back in October, she hoped aloud that it would be last time he would try to get sole custody of their children. According to the latest gossip news recap updates, however, that just isn't in the cards for the Bravo trouble maker. Word has it that Simon is now trying to get custody of their eldest daughter, Sidney, siting emotional and mental stress due to her mother's inappropriate behavior on the popular TV show. It's also said that Vicki Gunvalson's plans to move in to her dream home fell through, as evidenced by her Vicki's taking her current home of the market.
It would seem that Tamra Barney Judge's ex-husband has no intention of letting things go after his last court room defeat.
According to the court documents supposedly obtained by Radar online, Simon Barney is trying to get custody of just their eldest this time around:
"I am in favor of a mother and daughter having a healthy relationship.
"However, I do not want to jeopardize our daughter Sidney's health and welfare at this time by forcing her to live with [Tamra] when they do not have a healthy relationship.
"Forcing Sidney to live with her mother at this time against her will may make matters worse and potentially make their relationship even more strained."
Apparently, Barney goes on to explain that Tamra's inappropriate behavior and TV persona have made Sidney's life a living nightmare:
"Sidney was facing difficulties in public and school because of Respondent's public portrayal on the RHOC television show, which ultimately led to ridicule by Sidney's friends and parents at school.
"She felt extreme anxiety at her mother's home and because of [Tamra's] inappropriate behavior."
While this means that Tamra is going to have to gear up for another dog fight to keep her daughter, at least she isn't having to cancel her plans to move into her dream home, like Vicki Gunvalson reportedly has.
In another report filed by Radar it is being reported that Vicki Gunvalson is having to down size her Orange County dreams for the time being after the deal to acquire one palatial property apparently fell through:
"The repairs on the house that Vicki was looking at were going to cost too much to do.
"She decided to stay put for now unless she finds something that she absolutely falls in love with."
A separate source claimed that Gunvalson's decision to pull her current house off the market probably has more to do with it not selling than any dream property suddenly becoming unavailable:
