Will There Be No Undertaker at WrestleMania 31? Triple H Only Wants Sting

The Undertaker is the WWE's most fabled and longest tenured wrestler. In turn, fans of the "Deadman" are getting antsy, because word around the street is he might not be at WrestleMania 31. Other reports suggest that it doesn't matter if he comes back or not, because Triple H will only go up against Sting.

Mark William Calaway, a.k.a. the Undertaker, got his start in wrestling with WCCW in 1984. He stuck with them until about 1990 when he signed with the WWF, and became the Undertaker we all know and fear.

Since he knocked Hulk Hogan off the thrown in 1991, Calaway has earned some very respectable accomplishments. Most importantly, he held 21 straight wins at WWE's annual WrestleMania. Unfortunately, he recently sustained his first loss the Phenom, Brock Lesnar.

Since then it has been rumored that the Deadman wouldn't return, and according to Cage Side Seats, fans still don't have an answer:

"It looks like Undertaker has yet to make a firm decision on whether or not to work WrestleMania 31 and that could be part of why WWE has Sting slotted to take on Triple H."

Also, in regards to the Triple H match up, it might not matter if The Undertaker comes back or not. According to SportsKeeda, Triple H will only agree to fight Sting:

"It has been reported that there are some issues between Triple H and WWE CEO Vince McMahon regarding the WrestleMania 31 plans and also about the creative direction of Triple H's character returning back to TV. Triple H wants to face WWE superstar Sting at WrestleMania 31, but Vince has other plans and wants to go ahead with The Undertaker vs Sting...But, if Taker doesn't return, then Vince is okay with Triple H vs Sting, which is why they began the feud between them at the Survivor Series. No matter what, Triple H wants a match against Sting, even if the Deadman returns back or not."

So, it looks like we are all going to have to wait a bit longer. What do you think is going to happen? Let us know in the comment section below
