For Season 19 Bachelor, Chris Soules, his return to the ABC in 2014 was to find a woman to marry and not just someone that he wanted to spend some time with -- like his predecessor Juan Pablo Galavis. According to the latest gossip news updates, now that the 30-year-old Iowa farm boy has found his lucky lady, he wants to get married and start having babies with the winner as soon as possible. Word has it that it was easier for the Soules this time around, knowing that Season 10 Bachelorette, Andi Dorfman, wouldn't be able to break his heart. Chris recently admitted that he fell in love with the Atlanta lawyer and was completely heartbroken when she sent him home from the final four, but this time the would-be-family man knew he'd be the one the gets to decide who stays and who goes.
For small time farmer Chris Soules, returning to ABC as the Season 19 Bachelor was all about finding a lasting love connection that he could take back home with him to Iowa.
Soules let In Touch know in their December 29, issue that he came on the show to find his better half and the mother of his children, and that's exactly what he did:
"My No. 1 priority coming into this was to find a soulmate -- somebody I could see myself spending the rest of my life with...[and] it worked for me.
"I'm extremely excited about the person that 'won,' if you want to call it that.
"I want to get married and have kids."
Even though Chris is happily engaged to the mysterious winner of this year's season, he admitted to WetPaint that even though he was sort of prepared for rejection, Soules would have married Season 10 Bachelorette, Andi Dorfman, in a second if only given the opportunity:
"Falling in love with Andi, I did know that there was a chance that it still wouldn't work out.
"I had sort of mentally prepared myself going into that all I could.
"Having prepared myself, that made the let down a little bit easier and made it easier to get over her, because I knew that she had made the decision to be with someone else, and that's pretty black and white when it comes to relationships."
Hey, talk like that won't get you invited to the Andi Dorfman's wedding to Josh Murray, buddy.
