Festival D'été de Québec, Canada's Largest Outdoor Music Festival, Will Be in July - Featuring Rock, Pop, French song, Hip Hop, Electro, Blues, Jazz and World Music

Canada’s largest outdoor music festival, Festival d’été de Québec, will take place this coming July. The festival will host more than 1,000 artist including musicians from rock, pop, French song, Hip Hop, Electro, Blues, Jazz and World Music.

This will be the 48th season of Festival d’été de Quebec. The event will take place in 10 different venues in the historically unique Québec City. From intimate performances and after-hours electro shows to rock icons and pop superstars on North America's largest outdoor stage, the Bell stage, located in a historic battlefield park overlooking the St. Lawrence River, there’s plenty for every musical taste.

Last year's festival hosted a diverse artistic lineup which featured Lady Gaga, A$AP Rocky, Bryan Adams, Local Natives, The Killers, Billy Joel, Gogol Bordello, Gary Clark Jr., Snoop Dogg, Soundgarden, Journey, The Pretty Reckless, and Queens Of The Stone Age. Festival attendees come for not only the musical variance, but for the European culture and North American lifestyle as well. Parks and scenic attractions are minutes away from town, along with cycling, hiking, and a host of other outdoor activities. A range of accommodations from luxury hotels to cozy B & B’s are located in the city and its easy accessibility by air and ground for travelers.

The Festival pass provides entry to all shows during the entire 11-day event for less than $80 U.S. (regular price), making the celebration incredibly accessible to all people. Festival d'été de Québec also features free entertainment city-wide, with over 100 street performers, acrobats and jugglers, along with free outdoor activities for children.

The festival will take place from July 9 to the 19th. Complete details for the program will be announced early spring 2015. For more information on Festival d’été de Québec, visit here.
