Despite many fans lobbying for Tamra Barney Judge dismissal after her ridiculous behavior in Season 9, word has it that the small business owner is returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County for Bravo's Season 10. According to the latest gossip news updates, the network producers wanted to fire the troublemaker, but reneged when Tamra threatened to expose their nefarious filming secrets to the reality television world. In a related story, former cast mate Gretchen Rossi seems the most likely suspect for the mystery blonde that confronted Andy Cohen in his new recap of 2013. Cohen claims that one of the Housewife became furious with the producers after being fried form the TV show and tried to convince him that she' deserved as spin-off, while Vick Gunvalson was the one that deserved to be let go.
Not that anyone in particular is going to be happy to hear it, but reports have surfaced that Tamra Barney is going to be returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County instead of being fired from the series forever and ever.
According to the hard working journalists at Celeb Dirty Laundry, the producers at Bravo did their best to get rid of the mischievous woman, but in the end the reality TV vet was just too much for them:
"The Bravo producers opted to let Barney return for another season because she threatened to expose their filming secrets and how horribly they treated the Housewives."
That might sound ridiculous at first, but the way Andy Cohen tells it, it is hardly outside the realm of possibility to have a Housewife try to fight with the producers in order to get their job back.
The Examiner relays a story from Cohen new book, wherein he recalls one unnamed Housewife accosting him at Bravo after she learned that she wasn't being invited back for the following season:
"The Housewife told Andy that she's a businesswoman who has high appeal to audiences.
"The Housewife also told Andy that she was being punished for being one of the realest Housewives and that she's shocked the network isn't offering her a spin-off show.
"[She] countered that changing the cast didn't work so well with the New York City show.
"Most tellingly, the housewife also asked Andy why he's keeping Vicki on the Orange County show."
The gossip website claims that all the dates and descriptions seam to line up with Gretchen Rossi's leaving the show, but she's isn't admitting to anything.
Honestly...who wouldn't happily trade in Tamra Barney to have Gretchen Rossi come back to the show?
