It looks like Brandi Glanville big year of reconciliation isn't working out the way she thought it would in Season 5 of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. According to the gossip news updates, in addition to loosing Lisa Vanderpump's friendship forever after slapping the Vanderpump Rules matriarch in the face, cast mate Kyle Richards is also done with the often drunk Donald Trump Celebrity Apprentice. Speaking of Lisa -- she has recently claimed that Carlton Gebbia didn't get a fair shake during her time on the TV show, though she said nothing to defend the dismissal of Joyce Giraud, who accused Carton of casting a spell on her husband.
It seems pretty clear that Brandi Glanville could really care less what her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills peers think of her as she gets into one physical confrontation with the cast after another.
After word got out that Brandi had indeed slapped Lisa Vanderpump on the show, the famous restaurateur explained that their friendship was beyond repair.
Now, Kyle Richards is claiming that even though she and Brandi, were never really close to begin with, she has decided that getting to know Glanville is more effort than it's worth (via Inquisitr):
"I was never close with Brandi, but we were trying to become better friends and get to know each other, but something happened during shooting that I don't see us ever being friends again.
"I've seen [Brandi] do this with too many people...I knew always that if I got close to her, my day would come as well."
The incident that everyone seems to agree Kyle is talking about was a recent altercation that started between the Richards sisters, but then exploded into something quite different once Brandi got involved (via In Touch):
"Kyle and Kim [Richards, Kyle's sister] got into a huge fight at a party.
"Brandi saw what was happening and went over to make sure Kim was OK.
"Kyle then went after Brandi and started yelling and getting in her face. Kyle pushed Brandi and scratched her arm!"
Even though she never physically assaulted anyone Carlton Gebbia wasn't brought back for a second season of Housewives this year, and Lisa Vanderpump, for one, doesn't think that is fair.
Lisa recently confessed that she thought her own drama and storylines crowded out any kind of nuanced representation of Carlton.
Vanderpump explained that it hurt her to think that most fans of the series only new Gebbia as born-again witch with a healthy collection of dildos (via Inquisitr):
"I made the point in my book that I thought that Carlton specifically got an unfair shake.
"We portrayed her as a bad witch, but also she's a PTA Mom -- we portrayed her, all the sex stuff and the Wicca stuff, and that was kind of it.
"I know that there was more to her and I felt that she got an unfair shake."
Yeah, well...if Lisa likes her so much she can always hire Carlton to serve at Sur and put her on Vanderpump Rules in Season 3, can't she?
