Believe it or not, Divergent brother and sister, Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley, have both be nameed as GQ's Men of the year along with Steve Carrol, Michael Sam, Dave Chappelle and Chris Pratt. The Fault in Our Stars lovers recently attended the publication's party to celebrate the event arm in arm -- even holding hands in several photos. According to the latest gossip news updates, along with Ansel, Shai, and, of course, Theo James, Insurgent director Roberts Schwentke will also be returning to work on the next sequel in the series, Allegiant Part 1.
As silly as it sounds in, White Bird a Blizzard, seductress Shailene Woodley has been named as GQ's Man of the Year, but she's not the only one.
This year the highly celebrated men's magazine apparently decided to name not one man of the year but six -- including the 22-year-old actress and her Fault in Our Stars boyfriend, Ansel Elgort.
Shailene and Ansel were hamming it up like a couple of kids for the cameras outside GQ's party to celebrate the naming of the six most influence men of the year, but inside they looked more like the intimate couple from their now famous movie together.
Too bad for Ansel, once they head back to work, it's Theo James that gets to do all the heavy petting.
Theo told MTV that when he first got to kiss Shailene on the set of Divergent that he came at her so hard, she practically had to restrain him:
"I just went at it hard, to be honest, because I thought that's how she wanted it. I thought to assuage any awkwardness I would just go for it.
"She was kind of batting away my hands."
In related news, Theo, Shai and Ansolo won't be the only ones returning for the next film in the franchise.
According to Variety, Lionsagte has successfully signed Insurgent director, Robert Schwentke, to direct the third movie, Allegiant Part 1, as well:
"In a sign of confidence about the prospects for the Divergent franchise, Lionsgate is bringing back Insurgent director Robert Schwentke to direct the third film in the franchise, officially titled The Divergent Series: Allegiant - Part 1."
More importantly, the release date for the new film, currently in post-production, has finally been announced.
So, get the kids and head on down to your local theater March 20 to see Tris and Four fight for their dystopian future once again, Insurgent.
