NBC Crossover Finale Spoilers: ‘Chicago PD’ Sophia Bush Joins ‘Law & Order: SVU’ Cast, and Jesse Spencer’s ‘Chicago Fire’ Crew in Last 3-Part Episode

Tonight, NBC’s biggest case will be solved, with the finale chapter in a three part crossover event, taking place on Chicago P.D. NBC’s biggest crime drama, Sophia Bush’s Chicago PD and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, have joined forces with the Jesse Spencer lead Chicago Fire for one massive case. Check out the plot preview for tonight’s all new episode of Chicago PD for a sneak peek on how it all will end.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Chicago PD, titled “They'll Have to Go Through Me,” reads:

“New York's SVU arrives to help take down a pedophile ring, as a link to foster care and child trafficking is investigated. Meanwhile, Burgess and Roman track down a shooter, and Platt honors a fallen cop.”

Recently, Matt Olmstead, executive producer of both Chicago Fire and Chicago PD opened up to The New York Post SVU’s Benson going head to head with Chicago’s Voight:

“They both immediately recognize that the other person is a formidable personality/ They can stand up to each other without worrying that the other person’s going to get their feelings hurt or is gonna curl up in the fetal position.”
