Time for some spoilers in the life of Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 star Teresa Giudice. The reality star, who plead guilty to a number of major fraud charges, recently faced sentencing where she received some serious prison time. But, even after she and husband Joe Giudice celebrated their wedding anniversary, the jail where Teresa will be headed remains unknown.
For quite some time now, Teresa Giudice has been fretting over her fraud sentencing. Even after months of speculation, court room battles and an attempted plea deal, some elements of her sentencing remains unknown.
Despite previous reports (some claiming that Teresa will be serving time at Club Fed, others a high-security prison), it remains unclear where Teresa will be locked away.
According to Radar Online, Teresa has a number of options:
"As reports continue to swirl that Judge Esther Salas ordered Teresa Giudice to serve her prison sentence at Danbury Federal Camp, RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained court documents revealing it was merely a recommendation, and the Bureau of Prisons will ultimately decide where the reality starlet will do her time."
Despite all of her recent bad news, Teresa still made time to celebrate with her longtime husband and baby daddy, Joe Giudice. The two have decided to spend what little amount of freedom they still have left together.
As People tells readers, Joe and Teresa were celebrating their 15-year wedding anniversary:
"Teresa and Joe Guidice put their legal troubles aside Saturday to mark a special occasion...'Celebrated our 15 yr Anniversary 10/23/99 With the Love of my Life,' Teresa wrote on a caption on a photo on her Instagram account of the two Real Housewives of New Jersey stars together."
Teresa will begin her prison sentence, regardless of where it might be carried out, on January 5. Joe Giudice was ordered to 41 months, while Teresa received only 15 months behind bars.
